OLEOSOPHIA is a family based, boutique olive oil company founded as the result of a love story! A city girl turned olive oil sommelier and an engineer going back to his roots to honour the Corinthian olive variety and the family heritage! We work with our beloved Manaki variety on the slopes of Mt. Fokas, where the small village of Kalentzi is.
Hailing from different education backgrounds of science, engineering and finance, we work together with love and passion supplying high end deli shops around the globe and hosting amazing, fun and informative olive oil tastings in our olive garden, just about 1h away from Athens.
